Clinical Exercise

Designed to build core and pelvic floor strength, stability at the joints, whole-body strength and tone, and postural alignment during a 50 minute class. Clinical Exercise is safe and effective for women of all ages and fitness levels, including pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and those with specific rehabilitation aims. Every client begins their journey with a personalised initial assessment.

Prenatal Reformer
Postnatal Reformer

Whether you are prenatal or postnatal: this class can be tailored to the needs of your stage of motherhood.

In this 50min class our skilled allied health practitioners will give you the perfect blend of strength, stability and flexibility with the use of the reformer bed and accompanying equipment including resistance bands, hand weights, balls and magic circles.

Prenatally: you’ll strengthen core and pelvic floor, improve posture and enhance overall body awareness to prepare you for a safe and healthy delivery. 

Postnatally: you’ll regain core and pelvic floor strength, improve muscle tone, strength and endurance and rediscover your vitality and physical confidence postpartum.

Prenatal Fitness
Postnatal Fitness

Feel strong, fit and active throughout your pregnancy and post natal by enjoying regular exercise under the care and guidance of our qualified and experienced physiotherapist and exercise physiologists.

Combining cardiovascular exercise (spin bikes) with resistance training with core and pelvic floor conditioning, this class is designed specifically for the pregnant body, following Australian guidelines for safe and recommended prenatal exercise. 

Our team will modify any exercise to accommodate for injuries, back or pelvic girdle pain, to ensure everyone can stay active during pregnancy.

Balance & Tone 
 


For mature women looking to workout in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Balance & Tone will help you build muscle and bone strength, increase fitness and improve balance, mobility and flexibility.

Conducted by physiotherapists and exercise physiologists with experience in the health and fitness of women, exercises are modified throughout the class to suit your individual needs and abilities.

Strength
(4 people per class)

Ready to build strength but find gyms intimidating? Our small-group Strength Classes (max 4 participants) are designed by women, for women, offering a safe, supportive environment. Led by expert Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists with advanced training in strength and conditioning, you’ll receive tailored guidance every step of the way.
Our classes combine upper and lower body exercises, including compound lifts (chest press, deadlift, squat) and accessory movements, designed to build lean muscle, stability, and coordination while enhancing balance.

Our Strength Classes are perfect for women looking to build muscle, improve bone density, address hormonal or metabolic imbalances, boost energy, maintain quality of life, stay active with family, enhance sports performance, or progress through postnatal recovery or pregnancy preparation.

Every client begins their journey with a personalised initial assessment. It’s how we can make sure classes cater to YOUR body and are working towards YOUR goals. Assessments include going through relevant medical and/or injury history, a real time ultrasound scan of your core and pelvic floor (it’s how we can help you activate correctly), assessment of your movement patterns and any problem areas, goal setting and tailored exercise advice.
